Shipping Details (U.S. Orders)

Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
Please keep in mind that we have a 7-10 day turnaround time on orders.
Certain items are made to order and sometimes require a longer turnaround time. If so, we will notify you by email on receipt of your order with an expected shipping date (usually no more than an extra 3-5 days). This allows us to ensure that the products you order from us get the attention they deserve.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order.
Insurance is optional and can be added to any order for $2.00 more.
If you do not include insurance, we will be unable to assist you with lost/damaged items.

Shipping Details (International Orders)

You can choose to have your order shipped via First Class Mail International or Express Mail International. First Class Mail International does NOT include insurance; Express Mail International DOES include insurance.

Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time for orders shipped via First Class Mail International. Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery time for orders shipped via Express Mail International.

If you choose First Class Mail International and your order weighs over 4 pounds, it will be shipped via Priority Mail International at no extra charge. Although Priority Mail International still does not include insurance, it will result in quicker delivery time. Please check your local laws before placing your order.
We are not responsible for items seized at customs.
You are responsible for all applicable customs, taxes, and/or duty fees.
By law, we can not mark the package as "gift".

Payments by Money Order

We gladly accept payment by Money Order through the mail. However, we do not accept personal checks. If you wish to pay by Money Order, please email us first with the items you wish to purchase along with your shipping address. We can then check availability of those items and email you back with your order total and complete payment details.

Exchanges & Refunds

Returns made at the discretion of the customer (not as a result of our error) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. You must pay to ship it back. We do not refund items that have been monogramed or custom made to your specifications. All items being returned require a R.O.A. confirmation number (return authorization number) that must be sought prior to shipping your return.
